How To Be Fab With Flabs
The general principle about weight is that the thinner you are the better you look. The idea even rules out the possibility of eating disorders, which is relentlessly bad. You have to face it, the world is so cruel. There are plenty of sinful foods, and they keep coming and getting more delicious. They are your personal devil that attacks your eating habit and will power. You have to brace your self every time to cut down or even avoid sugar. You have to divert your craving to other activities, just so you could stay on the standard acceptable body.
But, do you ever feel that doing
all those no-pain-no-gain steps will not really do you good? Sure thing, you
can lose a pound or two. However, it is so difficult for you to keep up with
the process. Sometimes you just have to give in and work with what you have or
what you are – Be fabulous with those extra fats!
- Breeze through a crowd with confident. You can only look like a hideous big person if you project that idea to others. Be comfortable in your skin. Have a positive aura instead of insecurities escaping from your being.
- Wear the right clothing. It’s not about wearing those baggy shirts and jeans. It’s about style and the trend. You can still have a killer look. There are already designers and companies that specifically target the bigger population. Being big is not an excuse to be stuck so-last-season-style.
- If you can’t diet, at least be a little bit healthy. You have fought this familiar battle before. If you want to eat something, then do so. However, make it a point that you also eat other foods that could benefit your health.
- Exercise even
for a short time. If it’s hard to exercise for an hour every day. Try
10 minutes. It’s not about losing a pound, but getting your body moving.
Never underestimate your self. Feel good with everything that you are, don’t let anybody tell you that you are below standards, because everybody has their flaws.
